Pros

- Since team is small, I worked directly with the leadership, CXO and everyone is a mentor if you're willing to seek. - Worked directly with the CTO [Vaibhav] who is not only concerned about the quality of output, but also on other aspects of life, he introduced me to books, personal finance and philosophy. - Was responsible for introducing reactJS to the tech ecosystem, and that was possible because every engineer has the liberty to learn, experiment and apply. - Overall growth, not just I got the opportunity to do engg work, I also pitched product to clients. - Hyper-growth in terms of compensation, I make close to 9x of what I made, when I first joined Tyroo. [This is not a brag, but just to give you a perspective]. - International annual trips. Complete team went to Bangkok, Thailand.

Cons

- People generally self destruct thinking of inner circles and their own lack of communication skills that they blame leadership and poison the overall culture. - Transparency / Visibility on what leadership is doing/planning. Although they started doing town-halls to address this around the time I left. So maybe this had improved.

Pros

The staff are nice and the tech is good.

Cons

Once you left Tyroo, they treated you as rubbish. Even senior level people have deleted all the connections with the past employee. How good can be this company?
