Pros

I only worked for them for two days.

Cons

Hired for an assistant editor position under the impression that it was a full time position. They were very condescending during the interview which was in the afternoon. In the interview I agreed to a very low wage on the grounds that it would soon increase after working for a short period. Afterward they told me to come in that evening. I worked until late that evening and asked what time we would finish for the day. They told me that if I wanted the job that I had to stay and work all throughout the night. I believe I left the building at 5 that next morning and returned just after lunch the next day to continue editing. After the project was finished I showed up to work the next day. They had the audacity to ask me to clean up before asking me to go home. That day the owner was giving a tour and referred to their business as the SCAD sweatshop. They never contacted me again. I had to fight tooth and nail just to receive my pay for my time working there and didn't receive it until two months later. This business totally exploits student labor in a way that is bordering on criminal. The quality control is almost laughable. If you are looking for work I would seriously recommend looking elsewhere. If you are looking for a production company to make your vision come to life I would say that any in the Savannah area would be an improvement and are definitely more ethical in regards to the treatment of their workers.
