Pros
Great government networking in the National Landing area.
Cons
-It is not clear what the mission/value proposition of this company is and our quarterly/annual goals to uphold them
-We have frequent (very frequent) meetings to present an org chart edit. Not sure how this is driving innovation or the bottom-line.
-This company is far removed from being classified as a technology company & lacks fundamental and diverse understanding at the senior level to drive innovation
-The increasingly disproportionate exit of diverse talent has not gone unnoticed to the remaining workforce. We question if attrition and demographics is addressed during exit interviews and why they push so fervently to win prizes to prove that they put DEI in the forefront, though data and treatment of employees indicates the opposite.
-This company serves as a very short-term option for a paycheck while you are actively seeking long-term and enriching career opportunities elsewhere.
-If you want to feel that you are valued, protected, and have a career growth path, this is not a place to achieve these objectives.
