Pros
The people we work with on a day to day business are great. There are some very talented, smart people at US Toy.
Cons
The atmosphere is very bad right now. The company is in financial trouble, which the CEO won't admit to his employees. Mean while he is trying to save the company but doesn't have the experience or creativity to do it by himself. He micromanages, doesn't listen to his executive team or experienced employees and undervalues everyone. The better you are at your job doesn't get you more rewards, it just gets you more work.
