      Strong values within team members to improve healthcare. Respect for the employee's balance between work and life.

      Cons

      Expect lots of bureaucracy and red tape to accomplish tasks. Everything moves slow. No strong career ladder.

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.
