      Union hospital and great pay. Our department does 4 10 hour shifts so there is more work life balance

      Cons

      Can be very cliquey amongst certain groups

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.
