      poor management, poor communication , no room for growth if you do not kiss up to management. micro manged, too many politics

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.

      Some units may feel cliquey, but that comes with all hospitals
