Learn a lot about the medical field. Some of my coworkers were great to work with.
Cons
Terrible management and work culture here. They don’t treat you like a human being. If you don’t do the crazy amount of work they want you to do then you get in trouble. Very unprofessional behavior from management. Some patients are very rude and UCLA continues to cater to them at the risk of employees own mental health.
