      Pros

      Great benefits, great benefits, I keep telling myself great benefits...but then you look elsewhere in Los Angeles County and they are no better than the LA Community College District. So that is kind of disheartening.

      Cons

      Immense size. Cavernous old hospital building. A lot of employees with that good ole union mindset that makes the workplace kind of suck.

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.

      Some units may feel cliquey, but that comes with all hospitals
