      The name? I guess (even tho that’s taking a nose dive too)

      Cons

      The cold and robotic way were treated, health care is now a money-driven system so the entire thing is fudged, the fact that everyone around you is burnt out, backstabbing from coworkers, low pay, unable to schedule vacation, insane amounts of paperwork, no appreciation, the list goes on.

      Pros

      The staff I encountered were very nice, there was always axillary staff to help out. I never felt stranded on a shift. Overall I think it is a great place to work

      Cons

      Management are not that understanding sometimes and it creates more stress on the staff.
