Pros

pay is good and on time, love the super fee, and the community is supportive on the whole and the working environment is nice, but every money you receive from the employer you have to make equal effort, the job is not easy, it's tiring

Cons

no time to have lunch, the manager said you can have a bit time to have lunch when it's not busy but the busiest hours are during the lunch time and you have to have lunch while no siting down cuz there is no chair to sit, and no time to poop, during in your spare time out of the shift schedule to go to the bank to deposit the cash you received from the customers, you also have to prepare for split cashes in all numbers yourself which is obviously the compony's responsibility

Pros

Above minimum wage pay and chill for the most part (during off peak season)

Cons

Definitely doing some illegal operations. They roster one person on for every shift, working 8.5 hours with no breaks provided. No lunch break, no rest break, when it’s busy you can’t even go use the restroom or take time to eat food. They also make you carry your own cash for change. Have to deposit it to the company during non work hours, while also pestering you if you don’t deposit within one week of your shift.

Pros

The workload is not constantly overwhelming from morning to night. There are busy periods with customer rushes, but also quieter times where you can take a short break. The store system is very well organized, and almost everything can be tracked through the system and handheld devices. The onboarding and training process is also quite comprehensive.

Cons

Employees need to use their own cash to temporarily cover customer payments and then deposit the money at the bank during personal time. Overtime is unpaid, especially if you are responsible for supervising the floor. Receiving and handling deliveries can also be quite troublesome.
