Leadership often engages in gaslighting, favoritism, and unprofessional behavior. • Gender & Diversity: Women and individuals of racial differences are not respected equally. Unless you are part of the owner’s inner circle, your contributions are undervalued. • Turnover: In just five months, seven employees left due to poor leadership and culture. • Bonus Structure: Self-serving and not aligned with employee performance or growth.
