Pros

There is a pay check for now

Cons

For starters the jokes that the office might not be open next year would make me run. But overall this company is not great and extremely toxic. There is no work/life balance, it’s all in office no flexibility even if they say so. The ceo loves to make inappropriate comments about women, people of color and just about anything that is rude about people. He referred to the only African American employee as “his diverse candidate” like he owned her and had a chip be he hired someone of color. The base pay is not great, it’s not competitive at all and commissions are also not competitive. You can do the same job and make a lot more so do not waste your time. Benefits are garbage, they pay for your insurance but it’s so bad you will still end up paying a ton of money. No 401k or long term plans. I think the biggest con of it all that someone should pay attention to is the fact that 8 people so far have left in 6 months. That’s extremely high when the total staff was around 28

Pros

- I grew professionally during my time here and gained valuable recruiting experience. • PTO allotment was fair compared to industry standards. • Joe (Director over Admin and Dental) is an exceptional leader who genuinely supports his team. • The owner’s wife is kind and approachable.

Cons

- Benefits: No 401k, healthcare is costly, and there are no FSA/HSA options. • Pay: Compensation is not competitive; experienced employees are paid the same as new hires, making it difficult to sustain a livable wage. • Culture: The environment is toxic outside of Joe’s department. Leadership often engages in gaslighting, favoritism, and unprofessional behavior. • Gender & Diversity: Women and individuals of racial differences are not respected equally. Unless you are part of the owner’s inner circle, your contributions are undervalued. • Turnover: In just five months, seven employees left due to poor leadership and culture. • Bonus Structure: Self-serving and not aligned with employee performance or growth.
