Some teams are trying to keep the culture alive on their own despite the sad decline going on outside
Cons
Low trust in leadership, leadership has low trust in employees. Overworked, burned out colleagues, silent layoffs, talented and experienced colleagues leaving en masse. There is a feeling of a state of emergency where CSAT scores are low and they're throwing garbage process changes to all of engineering as if one size fits all which couldn't be further from the truth
