Growing privately held company (don’t have to answer to shareholders!); Helpful coworkers; chance to learn new skills; managers work with one’s schedule in order to make family and other appointments; bonus possibilities with hard work; plenty of travel and opportunity to earn loyalty points/miles.
Cons
Short notice of weekly schedule, at times, but if you’ve done field service for 22 years like I have, then you are accustomed to quickly changing schedules.
