Pros

This is a sales and marketing company. So it is very challenging, fast paced, and team oriented. Everything I would expect from a non corporate company. The training is solid, I actually made a few sales my first week, but I like the video training as well as the in house training and everything in between.

Cons

Talking with rude customers! This is by far the worst part of the role. We are taught to show good customer service and smile, but it is mentally tough to handle how negative people are. Also, the days can seem long because we are on our feet for most of the afternoon.

Pros

If my husband's job hadn't moved us to Kentucky I would still be there! I love that I got direct communication with the CEO so I could improve and receive my promotion faster than I was already on track to. My co-workers worked as a team instead of for themselves which was great to be apart of.

Cons

This job is for passionate people only. If you plan on putting in the minimum effort into your job, you won't make it in this work environment and you'll be left behind.

Pros

friendly atmosphere. Mostly everyone seemed engaged with what was going on. If you are 100% a people person who can handle irritated Walmart shoppers day in and day out, this is definitely a great opportunity.

Cons

You legitimately stand in mostly a Walmart all day, heckling people to switch to spectrum internet/cable. Tuesday and Wednesday are days off. They give you a weekly base at ~$350 should you do next to no sales that week. Should you make sales the next week (and you should, or your job is in jeopardy), they deduct that ~$350 they so kindly gave you the week before, from what you earn the following week. You will arrive at the office at around 9:30 (~half hour drive for me) to rally and cheer each other up and then you will drive to a Walmart of their choice, which could be another half hour of driving. They will not compensate you for this.
