      Good in salary but toxic place - Executive UMSC Employee Review

      good salary and good benefit

      Cons

      Too many toxic things in the company from top to bottom. The worst part HR is also part of them. They faced lots of legal complaint and labor case raised by employees but in the end of cases they covered up with money/compensation. The root cause is still there.

      good teamwork & doctors very kind

      1. not good for mental health 2. SOP changed by how manager felt.No proper guideline. 3.staffing become more critical but total bed are increasing 4.heavy workload
