Pros
Staff are occasionally nice. Can be a stepping stone to UNSW. Work/life balance can be good if you're lucky to have a good manager. Advice if you're considering an interview at this employer is check the team and managers backgrounds before accepting.
Cons
Average pay for the responsibility and workload. Lack of professional development. Lack of leadership. Incompetent management. "Not for profit" corporation which is run very much to generate profit for UNSW. Excessive workloads common without assistance. Bullying and blame culture from management.
