- 80% Chinese - 19% Malays - 1% Indians they dont hire Indians. some Chinese Managers admit they dont like Indians. quite a racist culture - Management/Directors usually their own family members. hence it will take a long time or never to climb up the management ladder unless you are people pleaser with the bosses/manager - cronies (office politics) - if you want to retired and lazy to move this is the best company. - 60% working here is almost 50 years old and above. - most youngsters dont stay long in this company as no career growth, boring environment, rigid, no flexibility
