      - salary wise is ok - benefit is ok but can get better opportunity outside

      Cons

      - 80% Chinese - 19% Malays - 1% Indians they dont hire Indians. some Chinese Managers admit they dont like Indians. quite a racist culture - Management/Directors usually their own family members. hence it will take a long time or never to climb up the management ladder unless you are people pleaser with the bosses/manager - cronies (office politics) - if you want to retired and lazy to move this is the best company. - 60% working here is almost 50 years old and above. - most youngsters dont stay long in this company as no career growth, boring environment, rigid, no flexibility

      Thank you for your review. While we appreciate feedback for improvement, however the fact must be correct. Your statistic on the races percentage was not true. Our Malays employees are 61% not 19% as you stated on your comment. UOA is an equal opportunity employer. Our hiring is based on merit so there is no racial biases in our recruitment practices.

      - a lot of senior staff working here and is a good place to learn technical knowledge from the maintenance

      Cons

      - office politics and politicking is crazy - bias bosses - truly slow increment. Even if your boss recommended 10% increment, there is no guarantee. They can slash to 3% - lack of team work - lack of guidelines - conservative working culture, a lot of work manually done instead of digitise. - if you are late even 1 minute, you will be judged.
