Communication is everything, and this company hits all the marks on that, flexible, treats you like family, will help you out if you need it. Big on safety which is always a good thing. Great supervision all throughout the company from the owner all the way down the line. One of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working for.

Sometimes it’s a lot of driving, it got to me here and there. That’s honestly probably the only down side with my 3 years with the company.

Employees are made to feel like family. The owner is the most driven person I've ever met. When I first joined the team it was a small operation. But with in the last 4 years it has gone from 27 employees and 4 company owned trucks working project to project. to TODAY 75 + employees during our slow season and 150 + employees during our busiest part of the year. 70 + company trucks and year round work. Shared a small office with another company now have two offices. The the success comes from the employee's been able to get behind their boss and believe in his dreams and goals, just as he does his employees. There were growing pains, as you can assume from such a gigantic growth spurt. And there mind then areas where the company may have dropped the ball. Doing is ever treated poorly or unfairly knowingly. On behalf of the company I apologize to the employee who had that bad experience working for us. We would never intentionally mis treat employee.

I believe in what this company is doing so much, and I am so excited to be playing my part in the success story that UPE Resources is. All i want to do is work all the time, and it is hard for me to shut it off when I'm off the clock.
