      Never takes care of damage to customer's property!

      Pros

      Seems like a good place, but it isn't. We damaged a Marine Vet's retaining wall, and now everyone is laughing at her - no one ever returns her calls. They keep waiting for her to sue them. The customer is a vet, and this being a company started by vets you'd think they would take care of a fellow brother or sister in arms - but they do not!!! Absolutely the worst place to work, but it's even WORSE for our poor customers.

      Cons

      Poor customers get their property damaged, and no one will help them in any way. They just count on most people being too busy to sue them.

      Independence and interesting work, company was responsive and encouraging with training

      Cons

      Veteran led company so there was some rigor, a focus on safety which had to do with working with utilities but seemed ill-adopted to the work.

      Pros

      Communication is everything, and this company hits all the marks on that, flexible, treats you like family, will help you out if you need it. Big on safety which is always a good thing. Great supervision all throughout the company from the owner all the way down the line. One of the best companies I have had the pleasure of working for.

      Cons

      Sometimes it’s a lot of driving, it got to me here and there. That’s honestly probably the only down side with my 3 years with the company.
