Finnish mgmt cares, free lunches sometimes, freebies like mugs and clothes sometimes as well
Cons
I worked in the customer service department and it was run like a boot camp. The employees were very nice and caring but the department was run like a drill exercise every day where it was highly micromanaged. It was not an understanding work environment as to the day-to-day issues that customer service faced. It was very conflictive indeed. I know the employees would try to fulfill their daily tasks but they were always being called into the office and micromanaged. Highly stressful with little work/life balance.
