Cons
- Overtime and weekend work is expected
- Leadership feels disconnected from employees
- Issues can go straight to a PIP without warning or feedback beforehand
- Raises are usually around 2% and ratings above a 2, or “Successful”, are rare, making higher bonus payouts unlikely (though they sell you on “earn up to 8% annual bonus” but it’s closer to 4%
- Expectations are high but not clearly communicated
- HR is disorganized and not very responsive
