Unfortunately, I do not have any pros for this company. They Lie and take people's money.

Cons

I worked here a little over a couple of months. This place lies to people daily. You wind up having to swindle someone in to buying a car 3x the Kelly Blue Book value. This was disheartening to me that a company would take people's money by ridiculously over charging! There is a reason there are no price stickers on the cars and why we don't tell you the price until last minute. This company takes advantage of people and I will have no part in it.

Pros

The schedule literally is the only thing positive

Cons

Very old style of pay and doing business, you will never actually see or sign your pay plan which is illegal, they have lazy desk managers who won’t even talk to customers and there are only two people in the entire store who make any money at all in sales. This is a spoon fed store. Leads and phones are dead and the brand other than two cars needs a refresh. Overall the pay and lack of proper management will let anyone down.
