Unfortunately, I do not have any pros for this company. They Lie and take people's money.

Cons

I worked here a little over a couple of months. This place lies to people daily. You wind up having to swindle someone in to buying a car 3x the Kelly Blue Book value. This was disheartening to me that a company would take people's money by ridiculously over charging! There is a reason there are no price stickers on the cars and why we don't tell you the price until last minute. This company takes advantage of people and I will have no part in it.

if your white your good if your not you can get a job there but u won't get paid as much as your white colleagues don't matter if you have more experience or if you were there first and you will be fired first also.

Good training. Was very detailed, made fun and interesting. The class got along great with the trainer and each other.

Cons

Low pay, Horrible management. Rude and really nasty. They treat the reps terribly. Its very sad. I wouldn’t recommend anyone work here especially with that very stingy compensation package
