Good pay, good benefits, 30 days paid time off. Work with good people who share a common interest. Sometimes the commonality leads to group think or a stuck culture. You will get the chance to do work that no other job provides. Flying aircraft in the middle of the ocean is an amazing day at the office.
Cons
Constantly moving and uprooting your family, end up doing a brand new job in a new field every 2-3 years.
