Terrible management - Anonymous employee US Oral Surgery Management Employee Review

I had 5 different managers during my first year. Only one of these managers was appropriate to the job, but she was not hired for what I suspect for racially biased reasons. This company also let go of most of it's staff during Covid, and cut the pay of the employees they wanted to keep.
