      Pros

      The branch I am at is wonderful to work for. I admire the doctors and my coworkers.

      Cons

      Unfortunately with USOSM managing the practice employees, it is difficult to stay positive. PIP culture is prominent. It feels like they are waiting for you to mess up to document it. I've been doing great at my job, especially juggling 2 positions at the same time, but there is no appreciation for that. I've been PIPed for things I have nothing to do with just to satisfy a "higher-up" with someone to blame.

      Pros

      Decent office building with a deli and small workout area.

      Cons

      I had 5 different managers during my first year. Only one of these managers was appropriate to the job, but she was not hired for what I suspect for racially biased reasons. This company also let go of most of it's staff during Covid, and cut the pay of the employees they wanted to keep.
