Pros
None whatsoever. Every aspect of my experience at USRG was awful.
Cons
1. Expect to be micromanaged until your eyes bleed. -Expectations of management are crazy and they don't understand they need to provide to accomplish their goals. - They "mystery shop" you constantly and if you don't adhere to their enormous manuscript entirely its a big problem. 2. Only expect a future in the company if you are an attractive female - I visited/worked at a few of the communities in Connecticut. There isn't a single man working at any office or in corporate at any level except maintenance. That says something. 3. (related to #2) If you are a man expect to be sexually harassed and be the butt of sex related jokes constantly. - As a man this was a daily thing, quickly leading to my resignation. 4. Not everyone, but there are many incredibly unprofessional people working at all levels of the company. 5. Upon being hired expect to get no immediate training and be reamed if you do anything that doesn't strike your managers fancy. -For example: I was pretty publicly embarrassed on my FIRST DAY working for the company they were short staffed and I was asked to answer ALL of the phones. I was given no training and had no idea what I was doing. My boss essentially threatened to fire me because someone from corporate complained that I didn't take her phone call well enough on my first day with 0 training. 6. EXTREMELY cliquey environment 7. They make you sign an arbitration agreement so you can't sue them for all the crap you will take working there. 8. The higher level people are terrible at recognizing and solving problems. Because of this the blame gets passed along to the underlings when occupancy drops.
