      Getting to work with people who are smart, nice, and passionate

      The work is incredibly boring. I was expecting to be doing and presenting statistical research, but instead it seems that research associates are professional data cleaners. The only statistics performed is basic descriptive stats, and even that is reserved for PhDs

      Managers will advocate for you to advance in grades. Important and interesting work and high standards for the work you do. Talented and really smart coworkers. You’ll be given more responsibility as you learn and grow.
