Decent pay for what you do

Honestly it felt like a bait and switch once hired. Promised a flexible schedule (4x10s) since they only offer one week of vacation and that is after you have worked there for a year and then itwas taken away. Written up for the tiniest infraction even if you are trained to do it that way or can show you didn't do it in the first place. The owner of the companies motto is to hire slowly and fire quickly. It's actually kind of sad because this company does beautiful work and the sales team is incredible and fun but until they get better front line management that takes accountability they will continueto lose top talent. This company also goes by PCF Holdings and Pro Admin Services for some reason they keep changing their name
