This company truly cares about the employees. This starts at the top and is a part of every employee that works here. Great team enviroment, with tons of opportunity for the motivated.

Cons

Very fast paced. If you struggle with change, this could prove to be a challenging enviroment.

Honestly it felt like a bait and switch once hired. Promised a flexible schedule (4x10s) since they only offer one week of vacation and that is after you have worked there for a year and then itwas taken away. Written up for the tiniest infraction even if you are trained to do it that way or can show you didn't do it in the first place. The owner of the companies motto is to hire slowly and fire quickly. It's actually kind of sad because this company does beautiful work and the sales team is incredible and fun but until they get better front line management that takes accountability they will continueto lose top talent. This company also goes by PCF Holdings and Pro Admin Services for some reason they keep changing their name

Great company that still have potential for more growth. Quality product to be proud of your work after every finished job. If you’re skilled carpenter with good work ethics, it’s great team driven company to work for and make decent living. Highly recommend to try this company company if you’re new in trade, show you’re reliable and they will keep you around at any level in your career.

New company that’s still in process of learning, and some times that can be frustrating, but very good team on the way to get the company on another level
