Pros

Great learning growth. Learn business process and move on. Health insurance is cheap.

Cons

No raise ever unless you tell that you're moving on. I noticed employees working for 9yrs didn't get raise ever. No culture, work and go home. During Covid management didn't want employees to know about Covid sick time off but they wanted them to take regular PTO so they won't have to pay them for available pto when they leave. Not very trustworthy managers. No one will help you for your personal growth. Old school CEO (babyboomer) runs company, you will get frustrated year or two. 90% of employees who leave in first 2yrs because no one gets any raise. Company hires new people instead of retaining old.

Pros

This is like a big family. Really wonderful employees that actually like each other and collaborate. Everyone works hard and managers are hands on so support is easy to get here. They have some good perks for us and the Benefits are generous.

Cons

I think the downside is our niche in the market means that we are under a lot of pressure for time and production. That can be hard to handle when customers are upset and demanding.

the people are great to work with

Cons

there are no raises not even cost of living. Requesting a raise often results in being viewed negatively, with some employees subsequently marked for layoff. Additionally, management engages in excessive micromanagement, including monitoring breaks and lunch periods, despite employees being salaried professionals.
