Pros

- Flexibility, except for those who are in production support - Extra activities to show your talent in almost any field and lively environment - Enough games to participate and be active - Good for freshers but dn't stay here for more than an year

Cons

- Do not ever seek professional growth if you are not from their region. - Over biased nature of management and peers. - Very unfair hikes or no hikes at all because every year they get one or the other business related reason for not giving hike (company in loss, project gone, financing Chennai SuperKings, gave too much hike last year etc.) - No onsite opportunities for deserving but for those who are good at buffering managers - Company offices are limited to South Indian region
