Pros

Good Infrastructure Good ILP program(ALPHA training)

Cons

I joined UST as a fresher....Once I had completed my training, I got the call from the project...There was only one Christian from Chennai other than me ....That's why I got the first call in my freshers ILP batch... They made me sit idle for more than 1 year and they gave me the training after that only....I joined on Nov 2014 but I was assigned task only on Jan 2016....but then they recruited a fresher, a native Malayalee Christian and then they tortured me to give the KT which I received in the entire last year within 30 days to her....I took the issue to the HR...but those cowards instead of taking any action against them,,,, they tried to corner me and forced me to resign
