Cons
1. Resource Management Group (RMG) has NO control in allocating people into different projects. They are helpless. 2. There are no proper tool for allocating the resources matching with their skills and previous experience. 3. Only your personal relationship will help you to get into a project, no professionalism. 4. Also people who have high contacts will get into projects and they are escaping from the lay off mechanism. 5. Companies senior management and sales team has no proper direction in bringing new customer business. 6. Most of the existing big customers are leaving UST Global due to miss management. 7. We will feel like its our responsibility to find new project if you want to continue.
