Pros

No Pros at all. Its just pathetic and gross work culture.

Cons

Stupid and non technical managers who knows only to micro manage the employees. Mallu and Tamil preferred employers, you will get favour from managers if you are Tamil or Mallu. No minimum manners of most of the employess, most of them do not have basic english skills, neither spoken or verbal. Pathetic infrastructures all over in office, you will see AC water is leaking from many of the places. Only two small cafeteria for 3 big floors, many employees had to stand and take lunch because of lack of chairs. Terrible health coverage policy, you have to pay hefty amount only for 4 lakh of coverage for your parents. Very bad hike policy, sometimes they delay upto 6 months to pay hike even after serving 2 years in this pathetic organization, hikes are merely 3-5% maximum. That also if you are from North India, you can hardly expect a hike. All the managers are shabby in nature, they dont know minimum etiquettes and how to treat employees. They only knows how to boot lick to there clients and get a maintainance project at the end of the day. It is better to search a job outside rather joining here.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
