Pros

In the past until a year and half ago it was good place

Cons

Worst place to work The ceo is launched two of his liuetanants to find ways to fire people. Everyone is treated very bad as well as high discrimination CEO has created a new inner circle of a few and they are inexperienced people very unethical as well as spies. No one is trusted anymore and a lot of spies Setting up people to fail. You got to watch your back, sides and front, then suddenly realize did not watch on top and they drop the hammer HR is the worst, their primary role is to fire people and also to discriminate. New process is get people from India very cheap and put them in US, Mexico with a slight increase Last few months is all abt Mexico and many people hired there already leaving.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
