Pros

Good health benefits. Some people are nice.

Cons

Culture. 100% this is the driving issue behind a lot of bad stuff. They say they have values like integrity and humility. Don’t see it one bit. If you are American, your idea of integrity definitely does not match theirs. White and female? Good luck. You will be dealing with Indian men who are maybe 60 years behind American men when it comes to views and behavior towards women. Feels like everyone is always trying to sell you on something. Aggressive, rude, demeaning, and just chaotic for no good reason other than corporate functions must be a mess. I don’t know how this disaster stays in business. I don’t understand how it takes so many weeks to get your UST training when your client training happens right away. Lots of time wasted on getting login information correct because links don’t work or some other issue. Runs like a broken mom & pop shop instead of some glossy multinational corporation. I have heard plenty of nonsense about change and improvements over the years. Have yet to see it change for the better.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
