Pros

1. Salary will be on time.

Cons

1. So much internal politics, Mallus and tamilians gets preference and favor. 2. Unprofessional and unethical managers. 3. They promise development work but will give you support or debug work, in fact they don't have any development work I feel. They do talk about blockchain and AI to impress their employees sometime. 4. Very less hikes, 2% 3% 5% 6%. 5. No job security, sometime firing also. 6. Big client names but Garbage work , no good work, no perks, a lot of discrimination for North Indians. 7. Managers target employees if you are not doing the way they want. 8. If you speak up, HR will blackmail you, for my last day they said we will not give experience letter, So many threats they give. 9. I am hoping that this was the worst company I worked and will not work any other company like this in future. 10. Think 10 times before joining.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
