Pros

1. Many things are online, with single sign on concept, making things a little easier at least to create a request. But, don't get too excited, they really do not have SLAs to close those requests. 2. They have signed up with many online course/certificate providers (LinkedIn, etc) which you can take as per choice.

Cons

1. Company is built on non-transparent HR and Finance policies. If you do not ask questions, then it may work for you (and be ready to work under dictatorship). 2. Support function has no SLAs, break your head and get things done. 3. You may be hired for some position, but you will be put to work (on a regular basis) to lot lesser experienced role, without even being asked.
