Pros

- Can have work life balance due to flexible work timings - One can work for even 1 to 2 hrs a day and get back home !!! Just swipe in and swipe out is enough...!!!

Cons

- To start with I call it a hub of dirty politics. It's culture is not corporate but more like a government offices - Inefficient and incompitent managers as most of the managers have been working here for ages. - Never ever join this company if you are not from Kerala..!!! English is not the business language here. People don't discuss at least the requirements in English..!! You will have a hard time if you are not from Kerala. - Poor hike and fake assurances are given to candidates who are really good at work. You will get good hike only if you are your manager's pet and provided you are from Kerala only..!! - A candidate with very excellent communication skills are given lowest score in communication assessment but a candidate from Kerala is given the highest score in the same even though he/she is bad/hopeless in communication. This is the new way of filtering the candidates here for VISA processing..!! They make sure that a non keralite will never get the prerequisite score so that their visa never gets processed..!! - They don't have any new customers, please think before you join as there are loads of opportunities to be on the bench with no work..!! - People are hired in huge numbers and will later sit on bench, if you don't get any projects you ll be out soon...!! - No processes are followed in any of the projects. One should randomly pick up any work and complete with minimal info given. - If you are a developer I am sure you will end doing only maintenance job of any project. Nothing new to learn. If you happen to develop something you will have to do it with no background on anything. You will never find any documentation on any of the projects ever...!!! - If you are Business Analyst this is the best company to stick on to, because one need not document any requirements at all just communicate over the call about requirements. Zero documentation with good talking (not communicating) skills required to do the job.

Pros

The company is already shifting from services to products and platforms business, with the CEO driving the change directly. This transition is visible and is steep. The upside to this transformation is the company already creating meaningful opportunities for people to grow new skills and take on more strategic and value-added work. The key is to lean in and make full use of the resources available, including client universities, hack-a-thons, ideathons, and skill transformation programs, to stay ahead. For internal talent, the opportunities in product, platform development, and consulting are abundant, across both existing offerings and new solutions.

Cons

the organization is going through a painful transition unlike anything it has experienced in its 26-year history; while this change is necessary to win in the market, stronger support through the transition is an area where the company can improve and focus.
