Pros

If you get to work with a good client who appreciates your effort and convey the same to UST and you are in the good books of UST your career will sky rocket. Rewards, Promotion, Hikes, Onsite name it. So you are valued if your client values you.

Cons

Day 0 Employee: I am facing severe code of conduct violation from client, sometimes even harassing or threatening Managers: Its a known issue part of the job, pretend to ignore HR: We know it's unethical, but the show must go on. Day 1 Employee: Project ramp down I am on the bench need a new project HR: Better find a project or you will be terminated in 20days Manager: Better take what ever you get or else 2023 is bad year for "YOU" anything could happen Day 2 Employee: I will take this project Manager: Ok, Move to the other end of the world. Employee: Ok, so I will be compensated for relocation and for the living cost right? Manager: ............ we are in a recession don't you remember

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
