Pros

Closer to city than most, way less process crap to deal with than tier 1, telecommute available for some projects

Cons

Apart from usual problems in IT right now such as dried up Promotions , meagre hikes... Ust has a bigger problem.. It is not growing at all , no growth means everyone has to look after their own position.. Once released from project , they don't have scale to put you in other projects.. So in most cases you are asked to resign within 30-60 days of release.. Middle management is full of ppl who "settle down".. They just want to do the bare minimum and in today's world that is simply not enough..
