Pros

Work life balance - No work pressure when compared to my previous employer Work From Home - My project had work from home. I just loved it. Easy access to people - The company is small (wrt number of employees) when compared to companies like CTS, HCL or TCS. I have worked for bigger companies. Sometime it is a pain to talk to identify and talk to right people. I did not have such problems here.

Cons

The top level management want to be big in Kerala. They are small in Bangalore and Chennai. So if 10 projects comes up, 8 goes to Kerala and 2 to Chennai. They almost have no presence in Bangalore. The projects are mostly maintenance or minor enhancements. So if you want to work in latest technologies, this is not the place
