Pros

Average pay - Free laptop -- Free Mobile - Free Hotel Stay(10days) - Free car(10days)

Cons

The cons part is lengthier than Pros part. Let me bullet point each, 1. You don't need any skills to do this job. This can be your advantage, but beware of getting a return flight ticket back to India. 2. Managers are highly partial/biased of rewarding hardworking people. Favoritism is the fundamental rule for getting benefits (Company Appreciation awards, Leave plans, Designation Advantage, Salary hike, Green card initiation, etc). So start licking your manager’s..... etc 3. You have to be in office building for 10-hours/daily. Time sheet - Work for 9-hours and 1-hr for break period. But you would not get pay or get leave for extra 9th hour. Company gets the billing from client but you would not get salary for 9th hour. 4. The working environment is a POS Lab. It is Freezing cold, unhealthy lab's, limited computer tables, chairs and messy. 5. Never trust promises. Have everything in a documented email. Else, get cheated for promises. 6. If you open up or the whistle blower of the issues, then you will be targeted and haunted for not for that reason but for work issues. This is my promise. 7. You need to be politically brilliant to work here and be in the largest group . Else, you don't know where you will be. There are political coccus groups. 8. Zero professional working environment and work ethics.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
