Pros

Its a great company to work with this company has great benefits.Thank you so much for making me feel at home its a great family....

Cons

The trainning was terrible the trainers dont know much the trainers have little empathy they dont go that extra mile to teach you they just read and read they make the trainning boring and not useful they dont show you how to use the tools that we are going to be working with they just show you images plus they waste too much time organaizing them selves we would start work at 9 am and they would take 2 hours or more just taking roll and sometimes even more they would lets us off from work 30 minutes before if you add up 2 hours by five days that makes it 10 hours less of learning plus the 30 minutes in the end I feel like the trainers dont have good organization and all they do is read the DLP and when you take the real call the Dlp doesnt prepare you to talk to the member and to use all the tools needed its so much information that you blank out because you dont know where to look for it.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
