Pros

1) Good lateral CTC offer 2) Clear Vision of the company 3) Good for freshers 4) Inclusive and diverse work culture

Cons

1) Manipulative and harassing Workforce management team- once you come to talent pool, few of the WFM team members will force mismatched roles and will harass you in the name of company . Their statements and behaviour are not only inconsistent with the company policy but also subject to whistleblower and labour law violation. 2) Few accounts have no work life balance 3) Limited growth for laterals - Join only if you have no other offers and financial EMI is a burden for you because WFM team will make you feel that it is doing charity for you by suggesting new opportunities.

Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. There are times when we are not able to find the right match between a job and employees’ aspirations. This could happen due to job requirements, customer preferences and requirements, or even employee constraints. This does lead to a negative experience for the employee. UST strives to ensure that every employee has access to opportunities that help them learn and grow within the firm, by providing them tools and people support to upskill, change career tracks, do whatever is necessary to help them find their most relevant next job.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
