Pros

Honestly, none. There's nothing you can't find at any other company.

Cons

- You work with people who are very closed-minded. - Managers are rude, they yell at you, and they don't care what you're going through in your personal life; they just want numbers. - The selection process is terrible, they can reject you the day before joining the company (this happened several times with some candidates). - They have bad practices such as giving you the contract until the day of joining or sometimes even a day later. - There is bureaucracy everywhere. - The managers are threatening to fire you for not doing something that you've previously explained to them with evidence that isn't possible to do. Humility, humanity, and integrity—these are the words they use all the time to promote their company, and that's exactly what they lack.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
